At BORG we regard the use of appropriately trained service personnel to be essential and therefore have established procedures for identifying suitable induction programs and ongoing training needs for all staff. Specific qualifications and trade experience along with previous training are considered in determining training requirements.

Cleaning staff are given the opportunity and are encouraged to complete nationally accredited training courses in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) and Management Certificate II, III and Supervisors Certificate IV.
