    Staff Selection

    BORG understands that its success is greatly dependant on the employment of reliable staff with a positive work ethic. At BORG we recognise that our staff are an essential part of our business and accordingly place a significant emphasis on staff selection, training and retention. We have a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager responsible for staff selection and recruitment.

    Applicants are screened for the following:

    • Good communication skills
    • Personal presentation
    • Attitude and willingness to deliver a quality service
    • Retention of information
    • Previous experience although not essential
    • Willingness to participate in training programs
    • A desire to work in a team environment
    • Reference checks
    • Security and working with children checks
