Risk management is fundamental to our entire operations and accordingly all health and safety is encompassed in all our work method statements and procedures. We train all our employees and contractors to ensure that everyone is made aware of their responsibilities and accountability for injury prevention. Each site has an operations folder that documents all necessary information for our staff to work safely and effectively.
Employees at all levels consult regularly with tool box meetings on safety related issues to comply with all relevant legislation and statutory and other requirements, codes of practice and industry standards to deliver quality service outcomes for our valued customers. We have systems to report all hazards and incidents which enables’ us to identify trends that may lead to injuries and take preventative action to develop solutions.
